David Millard - MSc, BSc (Ost), BEd (Hons), PG Dip Sports Injuries
David is one of the leading osteopathic sports medicine practitioners in the country, having graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1994. He has over 15 years experience treating elite sportsmen and women, including Olympic athletes, Premiership footballers, professional rugby players, elite tennis players, professional golfers and professional dancers.
Previously Osteopath to the GB Paralympic teams in Sydney and Athens, Chief Medical Officer of London Scottish Rugby Club and Consultant Osteopath to Tottenham Hotspur F.C., Watford F.C.and the England cricket team, he is currently Consultant Osteopath at the Wimbledon tennis Championships.
Since 1999 he has also worked as National Lead Osteopath for BUPA Wellness Musculoskeletal Medicine working alongside leading experts in Sports and Orthopaedic Medicine, experienced physiotheraists and podiatrists managing often complex musculoskeletal cases including chronic back and neck pain and occupational disorders. Having completed a MSc in sports injuries, he lectures widely in Osteopathic Sports Medicine and is a founder member of the Osteopathic Sports Care Association.
A former professional rugby player with London Scottish, David captained Scotland at the inaugural World Cup 7s at Murrayfield in 1993.
